Ordering ID Cards
To help you keep track of the tasks below we have created a handy checklist you can print and fill out as you go.
Step 1 - Complete the order form
Please ensure you have completed the ID Card Order Form. This ensures we know what ID cards you would like as well as allowing you to customise the style and appearance of the cards.
Step 2 - Providing a Staff List
If you are ordering ID Cards with your Halo Sign-in System we will have requested a Staff List from you already so feel free to skip this step.
If you’re an existing Customer and already have a Halo Sign-in System installed we need to get an up-to-date staff list from the App. To ensure the data is accurate please navigate to Settings > Staff Overview and tap on the top name in the list. Then please make sure that the following are correct
Title
Full Name
Post Title
That there is a QR Code present for that Staff Member
If they are no longer employed, change Employed to NO
Once you have verified this information is correct, tap the “Next” button in the bottom right corner to move to the next Staff Member.
If you arrive at a Staff Member that has no QR Code tap the “Tap to Add Badge” button and assign them an available badge number.

Once you have verified all of the information is correct, tap on the “Export all Staff Info” button to share the staff information with yourself by email. Please forward this email to info@halo.support
Step 3 - Providing photos
If you are ordering ID Cards with photos, we can send you a link to a shared folder where you can upload your Staff photos or please feel free to share a folder with us.
When sharing photos please ensure that the photos are named correctly. i.e. Mr Tom Lewis.jpg instead of DCF1440-1.jpg as we need to identify who is who.
Ensure there are the same number of photos for the number of staff in the exported staff list.
Step 4 - Approve Proof
Once we have received all of the information above we will create your design and send it over for approval. Once approved the order will be sent to print and then posted out to you.
