Annual Support Package

At Halo, we believe in flexibility, which is why we don’t lock customers into contracts to continue using the Halo Sign-in System App. The initial purchase includes both the setup of your custom App and any required hardware. Once delivered, the App is yours to use indefinitely—there are no ongoing license fees.

However, we do offer an optional Annual Support Package for those who want continued assistance and updates. Details are below.

What is included:

Technical Support – Get help via email, phone, or video call whenever needed during office hours.

Training – Whether you’re onboarding a new staff member or need a refresher, we offer training on any aspect of the Halo Sign-in System.

App Updates – Stay up to date with improvements and new features.

Where possible, we also provide on-site support, but availability depends on location and scheduling. Please contact us to check if in-person visits are feasible.

What’s not included:

❌ The Annual Support Package is not an extended warranty and does not cover hardware failures or accidental damage. (Your statutory rights remain unaffected.)

As of early 2025, all updates have been free of charge. Later this year, we plan to release a multi-language add-on (expanding beyond the current English & Welsh options for systems deployed in Wales). Due to translation costs, this will be available for a one-time fee but won’t impact your access to other standard updates.
